For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the payment must be made to the delivery agent upon receiving the package.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days. However, delivery may be delayed due to external factors like weather, strikes, or operational challenges. In such cases, we will notify you via email or SMS.
